  2. Bring the water, coconut milk, pandan leaf, ginger, garlic, and salt to a boil in a pot.
  3. Add the rice and stir well.
  4. Simmer covered with a lid on low heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 more minutes.
