- Cut your chicken breasts into bite-size pieces and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sambal oelek, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat.
- In another mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, and water to create a thick batter. Add the chicken pieces to the batter and toss to coat.
- Carefully add the chicken pieces to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
