What You'll Need:

For this recipe, you're going to need the following ingredients:

1 box of Marie biscuits
100g butter
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 can condensed milk
100g cooking chocolate

Instructions:

Now that we've got all our ingredients ready, let's get cooking!

Begin by crushing the biscuits, either by hand or using a food processor. You want them to be chunky, so don't worry about getting them too fine.
Melt the butter in a pot on low heat, and add in the cocoa powder. Mix well.
Add in the condensed milk and chocolate, stirring constantly until everything is melted and combined.
Remove the pot from the heat, and add in the crushed biscuits. Stir everything together until the biscuits are fully coated.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish, and press down firmly. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth out the surface.
Pop the dish into the fridge for at least one hour to set.
Once the kek batik has set, remove from the fridge and cut into slices. Serve chilled, and enjoy!
