- 150g roasted peanuts, crushed

- 2 red onions, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 4 dried chillies, sliced
- 2 tablespoons tamarind juice
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons fish sauce
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions:
- Peel the Jantung Pisang and remove any fibrous parts. Cut into thin slices and set aside.
- Heat up the cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the dried shrimps until fragrant. Add the sliced onions, garlic, dried chillies, and lemongrass. Continue frying until the onions are soft and translucent.
- Add the Jantung Pisang to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until the Jantung Pisang is cooked through. Pour in the tamarind juice, sugar, and fish sauce. Mix well.
